Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson officially tied the knot during an intimate wedding ceremony in the Bahamas surrounded by close family and friends.
The private event reportedly took place on May 23 on a secluded island in the Bahamas with only around 40 guests in attendance. Despite the Trump family’s public profile, the couple kept the celebration extremely low-key, with only a handful of behind-the-scenes photos surfacing online afterward.
Family members including Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, Tiffany Trump, and Don Jr.’s five children attended the tropical ceremony alongside Bettina’s close friends and family.
Eric Trump later shared his happiness for the couple, saying their relationship had been incredible to watch over the years and describing them as a perfect match.
The romance between Don Jr. and Bettina first became public in late 2024 following the end of his engagement to Kimberly Guilfoyle. Less than a year later, the couple became engaged during a birthday trip to Camp David.
Leading up to the wedding, Bettina celebrated with a lavish bridal shower at Mar-a-Lago attended by several members of the Trump family and Palm Beach socialites.
The Bahamas wedding featured elegant floral arrangements, a custom-designed wedding cake, and carefully curated décor designed for the intimate celebration. Reports also suggested the couple may host a much larger celebration later this year for extended friends and family.
One notable absence from the ceremony was President Donald Trump.
Days before the wedding, the president admitted he wanted to attend but said international tensions and presidential responsibilities made the timing difficult. He later confirmed he would remain in Washington, D.C., during the wedding weekend.
Despite missing the ceremony, he publicly congratulated the newlyweds and wished them a happy marriage.
Following the wedding, Bettina shared one of the first glimpses from the celebration on social media — a black-and-white photo showing the couple holding hands while displaying their wedding rings.
The image was captioned simply:
“Forever yours. Forever mine.”
Additional photos shared online showed oceanfront views from the Bahamas celebration, giving fans a small peek into the exclusive event.
Reports also claimed the couple completed their legal marriage paperwork in Florida before traveling to the Bahamas for the symbolic ceremony and celebration.
Another detail that caught attention online was that Bettina reportedly may not legally take the Trump surname following the marriage.
